Who You Are:

• You're an experienced UX Designer with 4 years or more in the field.
• Your portfolio showcases a history of successfully delivering design outcomes, including prototypes, wireframes, and user journeys.
• You're proficient in utilizing industry-standard prototyping tools such as Figma, Invision, and Sketch.
• Collaborating with developers is second nature to you, and you know how to bridge the gap between design and development.
• Your adaptability shines as you thrive in a fast-paced, Agile environment.
• You possess a deep understanding of UX strategy, ensuring your design work aligns with overarching goals.
• Communication is one of your strengths, allowing you to convey ideas effectively and collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
• Organizational skills are your superpower, enabling you to meet project deadlines consistently.
• While not mandatory, experience in accessibility design to AA standards is a plus.
• Familiarity with UX writing is also desirable.

What the Role Entails:

As a Senior UX Designer at Humbli, you'll be at the forefront of our design initiatives, driving the creation of exceptional user experiences. Your responsibilities will include:

• Crafting interactive design prototypes, UX flows, wireframes, and compelling visual designs.
• Iterating on user journey flows to enhance user interactions and experiences.
• Collaborating closely with the product team to influence and guide product direction for optimal user outcomes.
• Engaging with various teams across the organization to design innovative solutions for new product features.
• Working directly with developers to ensure the platform's aesthetics and functionality are of the highest quality.
• Developing comprehensive style guides for product content and features to maintain a consistent design language.
• Leveraging data insights to identify opportunities for enhancing the product and driving user-centric improvements.
• Serving as the advocate for the user, championing a design philosophy that revolves around their needs.
• Collaborating with client and sales teams to craft tailored demo prototypes.
• Staying updated with the latest UX best practices and gamification theories to keep our designs fresh and engaging.
