What you’ll be doing:

·       Envision end to end customer journey and bring inspiring customers experience vision to life.

·       Lead the development of strategic and innovative design solutions to user, product, and business problems.

·       Lead design solutions based on analytics - user insights, business needs, and industry trends that further business outcomes.

·       Lead design process—from creating user flows and wireframes to building user interface mockups and prototypes.

·       Execute artistic design and layout solutions with a high level of expertise and artistry, including icons, color schemes, interface features and transitions.

·       Produce informative, and concise presentations to Senior Leadership team and internal teams that communicate the rationale behind your designs.

·       Analyze data and results of user testing to define interface requirements and develops specifications or prototypes.

·       Develop, design, and edit interface templates or interface code, following established software development methodologies.

·       Contribute to test plans and conduct user acceptance testing to ensure interface usability, functionality, and compatibility with existing technologies.

·       Participate in code reviews with junior engineers.

·       Provide leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to junior associates.

What you bring to the table:

·       Understanding of Web and Mobile technologies (front-end programming technologies, which may include HTML, JavaScript, CSS, or others).

·       Ability to perform work with a high degree of latitude, lead projects independently, and deliver high-quality work on time.

·       Understanding of Software design, Software documentation and Software debugging.

·       Strong written, verbal, conceptual, and visual communication skills

·       Proven success designing mobile experiences (both native app – iOS and Android, emerging technologies, and responsive/adaptive design in browser).

·       Deep expertise in Figma with proficiency in comparable design tools Axure, Sketch, Adobe XD, Framer.js, InVision, as well as PowerPoint, Adobe suite, AfterEffects, Omnigraffle etc

·       Strong proficiency with interaction design/ux principles and skills creating design deliverables including IA documentation, journey maps, rapid prototyping, site maps, concept diagrams, user scenarios, wireframes, flows, and annotated comps.

·       Ability to anticipate and design for user needs by incorporating research, strategy, and analytics.

·       Experience with the agile development methodology and ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment with aggressive development schedules.

Qualifications :

What’s needed- Basic Qualifications:

·       8+ years of related work experience.

·       Portfolio presentation is expected, including URLs or samples that reflect work.


What’s needed- Preferred Qualifications:


·       Bachelor’s Degree in Product Design, Graphic and Visual Arts, Service Design, Interaction Design, Information Science, Industrial Design, Human centered design, Marketing, Computer Science, or any other degree in a functional field OR equivalent work experience.
