Healthy Teen Network seeks a full-time Senior Manager who has a passion for and strong commitment to our mission and guiding principles. This position reports to the Director of Innovation and Research. 

The Senior Manager will play a key role in supporting large federally funded projects as well as a range of smaller initiatives within the Innovation and Research Department. This multifaceted role encompasses supervising project-related staff, leading different aspects of Human-Centered Design work, and overseeing project activities such as managing resources, coordinating project communications, training/presentations, monitoring work plans, and budget management. Additionally, the Senior Manager is responsible for supporting in the development of reports for funders and the dissemination of project-related information.

In this capacity, the Senior Manager not only brings grant management experience but also expertise in adolescent sexual and reproductive health and Human-Centered Design. Furthermore, they serve as a representative of Healthy Teen Network, actively participating in project meetings, conferences, and other events.
