We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic digital team. As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you will play a critical role in the design and delivery of innovative and user focused digital platforms and solutions for our clients. Reporting to the Digital Account Director, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including client services, brand strategists and fellow designers, to ensure we are delivering the best possible solutions for our clients. Your expertise in user research, information architecture, interaction design, and visual design will be instrumental in this role. You will also have leadership abilities able to mentor and offer guidance to junior members of the design team.




  • Lead UX Design Strategy: Drive the overall user experience strategy of projects by conducting user research, analysing user needs and behaviours, and translating insights into actionable design recommendations.
  • User-Centred Design: Apply user-centred design principles and methodologies to create innovative and intuitive user interfaces, information architecture, interaction flows, and wireframes.
  • Visual Design: Collaborate with brand designers to ensure the creation of visually appealing and consistent designs that align with branding guidelines and enhance the overall user experience.
  • Prototyping and Testing: Create interactive prototypes and conduct usability testing to validate design concepts and gather user feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate effectively with the Digital Account Director and cross-functional teams, including client services, brand strategists and fellow designers, to ensure alignment and successful execution of design projects. Communicate design concepts and ideas clearly and persuasively to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Mentorship and Leadership: Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers, fostering their professional growth and helping them develop their UX design skills.
  • Industry Trends and Best Practices: Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX design, and proactively apply this knowledge to drive innovation within the organization.




  • Professional Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in UX design, with a focus on user research, interaction design, and information architecture. Previous experience in a senior or lead UX design role is highly desirable.
  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a range of UX design projects that demonstrate a deep understanding of user-centred design principles, as well as proficiency in creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.
  • User Research Skills: Proven experience conducting user research, including usability testing, interviews, and surveys, and translating research findings into actionable design recommendations.
  • Proficiency in Design Tools: Expertise in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe XD, and/or Figma.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate design concepts and ideas clearly.
  • Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints to deliver optimal design solutions.
  • Leadership and Mentorship: Proven ability to lead design projects, mentor junior designers, and inspire a collaborative and innovative design culture.
  • Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in UX design or interaction design is preferable.
